These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of derrick-app.com and of the Derrick services: the web application, the Google Sheets add-on, the Chrome extension, the REST API and the MCP server (together, the "Service"), provided by Derrick App, a French SAS ("Derrick", "We", "Us"). "Customer" or "You" means the person or the legal entity on whose behalf the Service is used. By creating an account or using the Service, You accept these Terms.
1. The Service
Derrick is a B2B data enrichment service. It lets You import, find, enrich, clean and export data about companies and professionals, using Derrick's data sources, third-party providers and the accounts You choose to connect.
2. Account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the activity on Your account and for keeping Your API keys confidential.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Each plan includes a number of credits per month. Each action costs a number of credits shown in the Service and on the pricing page.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until You cancel them from Your account billing settings. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Unused credits roll over while Your account stays on a paid plan. They expire if the account returns to the free plan.
4. Your responsibilities
You use the Service under Your own responsibility. In particular, You are solely responsible for:
- the data You choose to import, search, enrich, generate or export, and what You do with it afterwards;
- complying with the laws that apply to You, including data protection laws (GDPR), prospecting and anti-spam rules: You are the data controller of that data, and Derrick acts as Your processor under the Data Processing Agreement;
- the third-party accounts You connect to the Service.
You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harass people, or to resell raw data from the Service as a competing database.
5. Third-party platforms, including LinkedIn
- Some features run with Your own LinkedIn or Sales Navigator session, which You connect voluntarily. Derrick is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn.
- Each third-party platform has its own terms of use. You are responsible for complying with them, and for the volume and pace of the actions You trigger with Your accounts.
- Derrick cannot control the decisions of these platforms. Derrick is not liable for any restriction, suspension or closure of Your third-party accounts, nor for any consequence of such a decision.
6. Data and results
Results come from data sources and third-party providers and are provided as is. Derrick does not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or up to date, nor that a given search will return a result.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change over time, and features that depend on third-party platforms may stop working if those platforms change.
8. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Derrick is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, business or reputation.
- Derrick's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts You paid Derrick in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- You agree to indemnify Derrick against any third-party claim arising from Your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
- Nothing in these Terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
Derrick and its licensors own the Service, the website and their content. You keep the rights to the data You submit. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel Your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the law.
11. Personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains how We process Your data as a user. Our Data Processing Agreement applies to the personal data You process with the Service.
12. Website
